Once you have created a budget, you will need to assign the card (aka user) to that budget. This is the last step in getting users set up on Vendrix! Congratulations, you have made it to the finish line.
Go under the Cards tabs
Select "Assign to Budget"
Select Cardholder
Select the user's name
Select Category
Here you will select an auto-budget. This define the places the user can spend within the selected budget.
For example - "fuel pumps only" mean at the gas pump. The card will be denied if used in the actual service stations of items other than fuel.
Open Spend means that you can spend anywhere.
Even if the budget has a defined title, this budget will allow them to purchase items from places outside the category. Think of it as a safety net.
There can only be one open spend budget for each user.
Select Budget
Select the budget that best fits the category selected.
