Welcome to Vendrix!

Our goal is to take away the frustration of reconciling transactions and give you back time to do your job. We know that there is a lot of mystery to finances and it's hard to keep track of your team's spending. With Vendrix, you can manage spend as it happens and get rid of the mystery cost.

Now, it's your turn.

Let's figure out your goal of this platform. What is the main focus in setting up this account? It could be to cut down on time at the end of the month, giving spending power to employees or to manage project cost for efficiently. Now, keep that goal in the back of your mind as you build out your platform.

Let's get started.

First thing's first - decide the spending structure of your company. Think of this as a family tree, all employees are connected and works together. Every person should have a company role and spending limits. You can download our Spending Structure Template to help guide you as you decide the spending power of each company's position.

Once the structure is completed, gather the names, emails and numbers of your employees that they will use in Vendrix. The email is how they activate their account. The phone number will be used to upload their receipts via text message.

Now that you have decided your spending structure and have your employee information in one place, it's time to Add People and Assign Roles.
