Scenario:
When trying to add a budget to a users card, however there is no budget to select.
When trying to add a budget to a users card, the correct budgets are not showing up.
This commonly happens when a new user is created and they have not been added to any budgets. When a user is not an "Approver" or "Budget Owner" of a budget then you are unable to assign the card to a budget.
Resolution:
Add the user as an approver or budget owner to the budget(s) in question.
1.) Budgets -> Edit
2). Add the user as an Approver or Budget Owner.
If the user's name is grayed out, remove them as a member from the members section below approvers. A user can not be added once, in one box (member, approver or budget owner.)
