Why Mobile Fraud Alerts Matter

Immediate notification of any suspicious activity on your card is crucial for prompt action. Our mobile fraud alerts provide you with instant notifications if a transaction on your card is flagged. This empowers you to confirm or deny the transaction directly from your mobile device, ensuring that you're always in control of your card's security.

How It Works

  1. Immediate Alerts: As soon as a transaction is flagged as suspicious, you'll receive an alert directly on your mobile device. This alert details the transaction, allowing you to review it instantly.

  2. On-the-Spot Confirmation: You have the capability to immediately confirm if the transaction was authorized by you or deny it if it wasn't. This instant verification process is crucial in preventing potential fraud from escalating.

What is required to Enroll?

Alerts are enabled on each card. If your card is ever replaced, you will need to re-enable fraud alerts. Because fraud alerts are directly tied to Mastercard, they originate from a separate "short code" (57911), distinct from typical Vendrix expense prompts and notifications. Consequently, this does require the user to opt-in.

Card Holder Enrollment:

  1. Go to Settings -> Profile -> Notifications (at the bottom)

2. Enable Real Time Fraud alerts and wait for the confirmation.

3. Text the word "IN" to 57911 from your mobile device - Done!

Admin Enrollment:

  1. Go to People -> User -> Card Option Menu

2. Admins can enroll on behalf of the user, however the user still must text "IN" to 57911 to complete the enrollment.
