Connecting your Foundation Software account with Vendrix allows you to import Ledgers, Projects, Cost Classes, Cost Codes, as well as Phases and Equipment.
Step 1. - Navigate to the Accounting/ERP page in Vendrix to Link an ERP
Log into Vendrix by going to app.vendrix.co.
Navigate to the Settings Page and click the Accounting/ERP tab at the top of that page (you must be a company admin to have access to this page).
Click the Link a ERP button on the right.
You will then be prompted to click Continue in the new window, and then select your ERP (Foundation).
Step 2. - Authenticate with Foundation using the Vendrix Linkโ
To authenticate a user with Foundation using the Vendrix Link, you will need the following information:
Hostname: this is the hostname of the Foundation database. For hosted Foundation instances, input "sql.foundationsoft.com".
Port: this is the port that enables Agave to communicate with the Foundation Database. Note, this should always default to 9000.
Database: this is the name of the Foundation database.
Username: the username must be for a registered Foundation User.
Password: this is the password for the registered Foundation User.
Once this is all entered, click Submit.
Step 3. - Finalize your Expense Workflow in Vendrixโ
Your account is now linked. Let your Vendrix representative know when you are here and they will work with you on your customized Expense Workflow in Vendrix that will now pull directly from Foundation.
